What I Learned

Building ClientGrid taught me that SaaS development is as much about systems design and reliability as it is about deeply understanding business problems. Every feature—from booking slots to CRM analytics—reflects that balance.

Also, working on this project helped me improve my work with AI. How to use it to boost productivity and not pay for quality.
