I’ve spent some time learning how to brew a proper cup of coffee. My go-to is a cappuccino - though, to be fair, it’s closer to a flat white. I’m not a fan of thick foam, so mine ends up somewhere in between.

About a year ago, I bought equipment to brew V60 at home, but I’ve been too lazy to use it regularly. Just got a pack of fresh beans, though - I’ll give it another shot in a few days.
